Vintage Sterling Silver Jerusalem Christian Cross Pendant on a Black Snowflake Obsidian Necklace

This vintage style necklace features a beautiful antique silver plated Jerusalem Christian cross handing from a textured silver ring.  This cross measures 1.75 x 1.75 inches and commonly represents:

• Christ and the Four Gospels — the central cross for Christ, the four smaller crosses for Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

• The spread of Christianity to the four corners of the earth — the large cross as the source of the faith, the smaller crosses as its expansion.

This cross is on a sterling silver rosary style chain with black and white Snowflake Obsidian stone beads that slips easily overhead with no clasp.   Measuring about 25 inches in length with a 2.5 inch pendant drop, it secures comfortably with a large hook and eye clasp.  It is a great layering piece and perfect for everyday wear.
