Refund policy

Return Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from your order date to return in the event the item you purchased is not to your liking. Items may be returned for store credit only. No refunds. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return with a pre-paid label, you can login to your online account, pull up your order and submit a return request. Once it's approved, you'll receive a label, and $7.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you'd like to use your own label, you may simply ship the return back to the address provided on your packing slip. No need to login to your account. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at: giftsofgracedesigns@gmail.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items:   Custom products such as special orders or personalized items.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
