Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. You may return any item within 21 days if you are not happy with it for any reason. You must pay return shipping and insure the item you are returning to us. The item must be received in the same condition as it was when we sent it to you.

If an item is damaged upon receiving, please e-mail a photo of the defect and your order number to giftsofgracedesigns@cox.net so that the appropriate steps may be taken for repair or refund.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you need help with anything on the site, or have questions about the products, shipping, etc., please email us before you
purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
 
Shipping

Items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Domestic or International. Please allow up to 2 business days handling time. Domestic items should arrive within 2-7 business days.

Please note, we are not responsible for International packages once they leave the United States. You may be required to pay a customs fee or provide additional information to International Customs or Post Offices.
