Shipping & Returns



Items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.  Please allow up to 3 business days handling time. Domestic items should arrive within 2-7 business days.

Free Shipping applies to all continental U.S. orders of $150 or more!

Please note, we are not responsible for International packages once they leave the United States. You may be required to pay a customs fee or provide additional information to International Customs or Post Offices.





We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. You may return any qualifying item within 10 days of delivery if you are not happy with it for any reason. You must pay return shipping and insure the item you are returning to us. The item must be received in the same condition as it was when we sent it to you.

Sale items and customized pieces are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

    If an item is damaged upon receiving, please e-mail a photo of the defect and your order number to so that the appropriate steps may be taken for repair or refund.

    If you would like customization on any product (length added, etc.), please contact us before placing your order, as additional charges may be required. Items that have been customized are final sale. 


    If you are returning an item, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance.
    Returns will not be processed until the item is received and inspected.  If it gets lost in the mail, we cannot refund.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for processing.
